and receive a 10% discount
- With a 10% discount incorporated, the final sales price works out at
£484,974 and 55% of this must be paid over 9 months (£242,487)
- A conservative rental return over 5 years would be £85,000. This
is approximately £17,000 per annum, all of which is paid into a
Thai bank account
- At the end of 5 years, the £85,000 Rental income is deducted from
the remaining 45% balance of £242,487
- Total left to pay £157,974 |
